1. General Terms of Use
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and ab7771 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ab7771 website, mobile platform, games library, sports betting services, payment facilities, promotional offers, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

The ab7771 platform is an English-language online gaming service operated for players in Bangladesh. All Services are offered in English. Currency on the platform is denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law, and any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction set out in the dispute resolution provisions below.
ab7771 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and updating the effective date shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
These Terms apply to all users of the ab7771 platform, including registered account holders and any individual who accesses the platform without a registered account. Certain features and Services are only available to registered, verified account holders aged 18 and above.
2. Age Restriction & Eligibility
Minimum Age. The ab7771 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account or using the Services, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. It is a serious criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the age of 18 to gamble, and ab7771 takes its obligations in this regard extremely seriously.
Age Verification. ab7771 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, ab7771 may suspend deposits, withdrawals, and access to gameplay on the account in question.
Underage Accounts. If ab7771 discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned at ab7771's sole discretion after conducting appropriate checks. ab7771 will not pay out winnings to any player found to have been underage at the time of wagering.
Residency & Jurisdiction. The Services are made available to players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction before registering an account or placing a wager. ab7771 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful in all locations. Access to the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at the player's own risk.
Additional Eligibility Requirements. To use the ab7771 platform you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Be a natural person (corporate entities may not register player accounts);
- Not be employed by ab7771 or any of its affiliated partners, studios, or payment processors in a role that would create a conflict of interest;
- Not have been previously excluded or banned from the ab7771 platform for violations of these Terms;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

3. Account Registration & Security
Registration Process. To access the full range of ab7771 Services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (e.g., bKash or Nagad). Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement.
One Account Rule. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the ab7771 platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or a different device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. ab7771 uses technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation, and bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ab7771 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ab7771 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity that takes place on your account while you are logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ab7771 support immediately.
KYC Verification. ab7771 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used — before a withdrawal is processed. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players but ab7771 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Account Currency. All ab7771 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT only. ab7771 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Accepted Payment Methods. ab7771 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of supported methods is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account dashboard.
Minimum and Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount at ab7771 is ৳100 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction. ab7771 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, including imposing additional limits on individual accounts where required for security or compliance purposes.
Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ab7771 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. ab7771 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by ab7771 within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page. The average processing time for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) is approximately 15 minutes from the point of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawals are only released to the same payment method and account details used for the original deposit, except where an alternative arrangement has been agreed with the ab7771 support team.
Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification, met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds, and your account must be in good standing. ab7771 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any outstanding verification or compliance checks.
Player Funds. Funds deposited into your ab7771 account are held for the purpose of gameplay only. ab7771 does not pay interest on player account balances. You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. In the event of account closure, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the completion of any outstanding checks.
ab7771 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on the payment method used for deposits must match the name on your registered ab7771 account. Deposits from payment methods registered to a different individual will be returned and may trigger an account security review.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
General Bonus Policy. ab7771 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses offered by ab7771 are subject to wagering requirements, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players only. A player may only claim a specific promotional offer once unless the terms of the promotion explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts, repeated registrations, or any other circumvention method constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Game Contributions. Not all games at ab7771 contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. The contribution rates applicable to each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
Bonus Validity. All bonuses have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not completed before the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings generated from bonus play will be removed from the account automatically. ab7771 does not extend bonus validity periods except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Right to Withdraw Bonuses. ab7771 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account and is being used in good faith in accordance with the stated terms, ab7771 will not remove the bonus without providing reasonable notice to the player concerned.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
Your Obligations. As a registered player on the ab7771 platform, you agree to use the Services in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring that your use of the platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Prohibited Conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ab7771 platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the ab7771 platform without express written consent;
- Exploiting errors, glitches, or malfunctions in the platform's software to obtain an unfair financial advantage;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the ab7771 platform;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the ab7771 platform's software or infrastructure;
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward ab7771 staff or other players via any communication channel;
- Claiming a bonus or promotion in a manner that circumvents the stated eligibility conditions.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct. Where ab7771 identifies or has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of any of the above prohibitions, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account in question, void any winnings generated in connection with the prohibited activity, retain any deposited funds pending investigation, and take appropriate legal action where warranted.
Reporting Concerns. If you become aware of any activity on the ab7771 platform that you believe constitutes fraud, collusion, or a violation of these Terms, we encourage you to report it to our support team at [email protected]. All reports will be treated in strict confidence.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your ab7771 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures. Where bonus funds remain in the account at the time of closure, those funds will be removed as they cannot be withdrawn without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
Self-Exclusion. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 24 hours to indefinite exclusion. Suspension by ab7771. ab7771 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
- The account is being used to facilitate fraudulent activity or money laundering;
- The account holder is under 18 years of age;
- The security of the account has been compromised;
- We are required to do so by applicable law or the instruction of a competent authority.
Permanent Closure by ab7771. Following investigation of a suspended account, ab7771 may permanently close the account where the investigation reveals a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, ab7771 will communicate the outcome to the player by email to the address registered on the account. Where winnings are forfeited as a result of a Terms violation, ab7771 will provide a written explanation of the basis for that decision.
Dormant Accounts. An ab7771 account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. ab7771 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will receive advance notification by email before any inactivity fee is applied. The account remains accessible and any remaining balance is available for withdrawal at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Platform Availability. ab7771 takes all reasonable measures to ensure that the platform is available and functional at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service provider failures, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
Game Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction or error in any game or betting market on the ab7771 platform, all affected bets or wagers may be declared void at ab7771's sole discretion. ab7771 shall have no liability to any player for losses arising from a technical malfunction, and no winnings generated as a result of a software error will be paid out. Where a malfunction results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or incorrect bonus credits, ab7771 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly.
Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab7771 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether or not ab7771 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Cap on Liability. Where ab7771 is found liable to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ab7771 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ab7771, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Governing Law. These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the ab7771 platform, you acknowledge and agree to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies as determined by applicable law in relation to any unresolved dispute.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the ab7771 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ab7771 with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
